I have a yandex account I used for special purposes, but those are no longer relevant, so it's either idling, or culled by yandex.
I actively abandoned reddit during the api fiasco. On my main "social media" which was old school forums, I ditched a couple cause they made me look bad. Trump fuckery specifically

While I try my best to avoid the Google app store, being an android user makes wholesale use of another app market difficult, though I have been using f-droid wherever possible.
I rarely use LinkedIn, but in north America it is difficult to avoid while job searching, which I am, unfortunately

Generally though: look at what the largest social networks are, and figure how many of those you want to list. After the first five or so it's largely moot. Power-law relationships mean that participation falls off rapidly after considering the market leaders. Meta (FB/Insta/WA), Alphabet (Google, Gmail, Android, YouTube), TikTok, WeChat.

And I dont see amazon in that list, and amazon is a giant pile of invasive, labor exploiting, planet destroying shit. We havent used amazon since 2014.
And no more google, period, including THE SMARTPHONE. No smartphones in our home. No bullshit ISP appliance routers on my counter, either. I run my own router.

Not so with mail. There's no disadvantage at all beyond a little work and potentially a little money to moving off gmail. You can still send mails to and receive mails from all other gmail users.
That's unique among the list given in the poll, and yet it has the fewest people moving off (in this sample).

Our cat shelter group is coordinating on WhatsApp. Guess I’ll be “courageous” and stop volunteering. Or, sure, convince dozens of people with busy lives to switch to Signal.

Sadly I still have a Gmail account, but never actually use it for email except for some legacy accounts where it's too much a pain in the ass to change my confirmation address.

Google. Grrr, I bought a Moto g13 when my previous phone died. iPhone was of course completely out of the question and I didn't want a Samsung because of what they were doing to 3rd party repairers.
Turns out the Moto g13 was developed when Google owned Motorola (I didn't know this) and the fucking thing is a stealth Googlephone. *Everything* on it is Google app and it only links to the Google app store 😩
Really, I was happier with my old pre-smartphone Nokia.

I closed my account early (like 2012ish?). Got a stupid we are sorry to see you go email from them confirming it was done. Partner could confirm I was not listed anymore on Facebook. About 10 years later I started getting password reset attempt notifications. After a lot of these I went and logged in. Just logged in, everything is still there.
I'm now maintaining the login just to avoid identity theft.
